I required the services of a logistics company, with the experience needed to pick, transport and deliver across multiple countries. In my case: our move from Germany to Sweden. The ADC team was highly professional from the start until the end: emails, quote process, the pick-up, transportation and delivery. Everyone very friendly throughout the entire process. My experience with ADC Moving has been nothing short of a nightmare. They lied to our faces and took nearly a year to move our belongings to the USA. Yes, a whole year. Lisa Sene, the sales representative, consistently told us that the boat was on its way, conveniently omitting that our belongings weren't on it. She then dodged all our calls. When our belongings finally arrived, they tried to shake us down for thousands of euros, claiming extra charges from Air France. We had to hire an attorney, and it took another six months to get our money back. This company and its employees are criminals, liars, and completely dishonest. We have reported them to the authorities for fraud. Avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

I used the services provided by ADC twice already. The first time I moved from Germany to France and some days ago when I moved from France to Switzerland. I had a great experience both times. And I must add they have even improved their services. Plus they handled very well the documents needed at the Swiss border. Special thanks to the guys who did the moving itself. They were very well organized, very careful with my belongings and extremely punctual. Everything was delivered in perfect condition. I recommend their services.
