My experience is very different from the rest of the ratings. I was very dissatisfied with alamo french, but the people at the specific office are very helpful. I had booked a car with alamo in ferney Voltaire, and it was cancelled because they were overbooked " due to a system error." In the end, I managed to move my booking to alamo annemasse, but the office was not updated in time. After I explained my situation to them, they contacted the alamo in ferney Voltaire, and they gave me my car. However, that was not the end of my adventure. The price indicated was triple than the booked one. They contacted ferney Voltaire again as well as my booking agency, and none of them were of any help. At the end, after I showed them the necessary paperwork and they agreed to give it to me at the originally booked price. At this part, they could be more professional and proactive, but I believe they were just a bystander in the whole procedure as I was. The car was in very good condition and very clean. There were no extra charges at the end, and they explained the whole procedure thoroughly. I would give 5 stars to the specific department, but the general service from alamo as alamo france was very disappointing, so I can't give such a high rating.

Really really terrible and shady experience! The manager wouldn’t let us change a car at this location, even if he has to required by Enterprise terms and conditions. He tried to lie to us and say all the cars have snow tires (it’s summer right now) so we can’t rent it. It was a lot of sketchy and shady things he said. Do not recommend!!!!!
