Maybe they were having a bad day, but their customer service was poor. The agent complained that I had return the car without washing it or vacuuming the floor. I had for two weeks driving through rain, snow and on salted roads. The car was still fairly clean. I've never been asked before by any car agency to wash a returned car! I was charged €280 for them to do it. A rip-off car rental service. Beware.

Everything was fine. Very clean car, speedy service. All good. The picture on the website made me think I would get a cinquecento. It was a Panda. Slight disappointment but it did the job all the same.

Rather unpleasant experience with the manageress. Returning the car the site was closed between 12 and 2pm presumably over lunch. Rather than waiting outside with the car i opened the gate, which was not locked, and drove in to wait in the compound, at which point the manageress came out with a large alsatian dog and told me i should wait outside and how would i feel if she opened the gate at my home and just drove in. I apologised and reversed out only for a member of her staff to then open the gate 10 minutes later at 2pm. Not sure she understands customer care. Perhaps a clear sign that says do not open the gate or lock the gate so a customer can't open it. The only sign visible was one that said do not leave keys in the mailbox so i gues it has happened before.

One of the worst companies for renting car. there is rude personal and they will rip you off, better to choose another company. and be careful with fines in another countries, they could charge editional 115€ for each fine.
