Very bad experience.I'm not satisfied with your service at all, my husband rented a car from your company since December 2023 and the guarantee deposit hasn't been refunded yet (2000€) .Even though the car was totally clean and in a good condition . I tried to contact you several times but your service keeps ignoring my calls and messages. I don't know if there are many people who are facing the same problem as me or I'm the only one ?!

Excellent experience, the sales person was everything you could expect for superb customer service. He was very approachable and offered to take me from the train station to the rentals and back. Never had this before and I'm used to hiring cars. Would highly recommend! Best experience ever!!! Easylocation is the perfect name, everything was easy and cheap, much cheaper than renting in Geneva Airport.

I've rented fiat 500 from easy location. Sales person was very kind and informative to give us all the procedures we needed. There were no hidden fees or changes. We picked this car hire agency as the prices were so good compared to picking up a hire car in Geneva. Its so easy! Jump on the train from the airport to Annemasse. They will pick you up at the train station and take you to your car. We had a fiat 500 and it was so economical on fuel. Really good experience and friendly and helpful staff. We will return. 😊🙏
